Y'all.  This clothing has changed my life.  Okay, that might be a bit dramatic, but that's kind of how I am.  My friend Trisha started selling LuLaRoe clothing in February and I have only seen it take off from there.  They describe their leggings as buttery soft, and that is no exaggeration.  While they have solid colors as well, their fun patterns are what draw me in every time.  It's not just their leggings that force me to type "sold" during the online shopping parties though - it's the adorable dresses, skirts, and comfortable tops too!

Standards Based Grading// Part 1: The Grading Scale

Standards Based Grading... it's all the craze in the land of education. But for me, it has saved my sanity and my test scores. Watching students take control of their own learning is awesome! The hardest part really is just getting started. Cliche, but true! There are tons of great resources out there on standards based grading (SBG). Like this post and this one and this one. But let's just talk about a grading scale for now.

Teacher Gifts

After using my sisters’ Silhouette Cameo, I decided I wanted needed one for myself.  I love being able to make personalized gifts for my friends and throwing a monogram on anything I can get my hands on.  Whether it’s labels for the kitchen spice jars, a sand bucket for my friend’s son, or a Bible verse on a picture frame, I have so much fun learning to be creative.  (Yes, for me, creativity is a learning process!)
